With over 36 years of extensive experience in the industrial sector, Ryan Smith is regarded as a leading expert in the pump application and manufacturing field. His career spans roles at all levels. From end user to distributor to manufacturing, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence at every level. Ryan began his journey as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for two paper mills in Ohio, where he honed his technical skills and leadership abilities. He then transitioned to a prominent industrial and municipal pump distributor in Ohio and Indiana. During his decade there, he worked his way from Application Engineer to Branch Manager overseeing application engineering, sales, repair, and field service operations. Ryan was then recruited to a major pump manufacturer, where he spent 15 years. Starting as National Sales Manager and Manufacturing Facility Manager. His experience and commitment to excellence earned him the position of Vice President, where he played a pivotal role in sales, management and technology innovation, including the development of a product configurator and the corresponding systems integration.

Ryan has been a member of the Integrity Pump and Motor team since it's founding, initially as Vice President and now as Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Ryan focuses on product configurator development, systems integration, company growth and is a key member of the executive leadership team at Kinetiflo.
